The Opportunity
We are seeking a
highly motivated, customer-focused Buyers Agent
to join our growing team in a
full-time role
, based in
Canberra and/or the NSW South Coast
.
As a Buyers Agent, you will act as a trusted local property expert, guiding clients through the residential purchasing journey and delivering a seamless, end-to-end buying experience. You will work closely with local
Aussie retail stores
, leveraging strong referral networks and company-generated appointments.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand client goals and provide tailored property advice
* Conduct property searches and market assessments
* Coordinate and attend property inspections
* Negotiate on behalf of buyers and manage transactions
* Represent buyers throughout all stages of the purchasing process
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing client support
About You
* Proven experience in
customer service
, with strong relationship-building skills
* Valid Real Estate Licence
and sound knowledge of residential property markets
* Experience in
buyer representation
, including negotiations and transaction management
* Sales experience with a demonstrated ability to achieve targets
* Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills
* Comfortable using real estate software and digital tools
* Able to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
* Willingness to learn and adopt
Aussie Buyers Agent systems, processes, and technology
* A genuine passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their property goals
