About the role:
As an Operations Associate (Melbourne), you’ll be the bridge between our restaurant partners and our cutting-edge payment technology, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to ongoing support.
Onboarding: Onboard restaurants on our platform (in-person and virtually), train their teams (enjoy those free meals!), and ensure qlub delivers value so they love it.
Account Management: Work closely with venues to resolve post-onboarding issues, revisit sites if needed, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for our customers.
Product: Collaborate with our product team to improve qlub for venues and influence our global product roadmap through insights and feedback.

You’re a right fit if you:
Have an entrepreneurial spirit, ownership mindset, and willingness to roll up your sleeves. You’ll be on the floor after onboardings during peak lunch/dinner services to ensure everything runs flawlessly.
Recently graduated with 1-2 years of work experience in the corporate world, with some hospitality background.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, able to think on your feet and solve problems on the fly for our partners.
Exhibit exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
Have a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle for in-person venue visits.
Held management positions in hospitality (preferred).
Have 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles (preferred).
