What you'll be doing
* Work full‐time, on‐site in a retail store on a rotating 7‐day trade roster.
* Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email.
* Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets, selling the whole holiday package including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more.
* Build a customer base from domestic and international bookings.
* Provide expert travel advice – visas, best time to travel, packing, dining, and more.
* Earn a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure.
What we're looking for
* Seasoned traveller with an international portfolio and strong travel recommendations.
* Great organisational skills: note‐taking, calendar management, and prompt responses to calls and emails.
* Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs in a high‐pressure environment.
* Enthusiasm, passion and warmth that encourages customers to book again.
* Computer savviness, able to toggle between complex systems for flight and package options.
