Discovery Childcare & Education is seeking an exceptional Centre Manager and Educational Leader to lead our large, well-established Boronia service. This is a maternity leave contract for 2026 — with a genuine pathway to permanency in 2027 for the right person.

About You
You are an experienced Centre Manager or an exceptional Assistant Director, both with Educational Leader experience ready to step into your next leadership role. You are confident, calm under pressure, energetic without ego, and genuinely enjoy building community.
