Work in Sydney or Melbourne with flexible remote options.What you’ll doManage Accounts Payable and Disbursement inboxes, process invoices, and handle queries.Perform daily invoice entry, including office and client disbursements.Approve invoices via BOT, handle vendor and internal queries.Prepare and process invoices for expenses, including weekly payments and Chrome River uploads.Reconcile credit card transactions and manage expense coding and GST classification.Assist in implementing the Expenses Policy and update financial records.What you bringMinimum 2 years relevant finance experience, preferably in legal or professional services.Manual processing skills, experience with Aderant preferred.Intermediate Excel skills.Why WK?We’re more than just a law firm.
