As a registered nurse, you will deliver high-quality care in clients' homes, including wound care, medications management, chronic disease management, and health assessments.
You will work independently with a supportive clinical team, collaborate with general practitioners and allied health professionals, and educate clients on self-management techniques.
To be successful in this role, you must have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), at least one year's experience in community, aged care, or acute settings, and a valid driver's licence.
