About the role:
Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant, this permanent, part-time role is part of our Finance team. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring that reception and the phones are managed effectively and professionally and to provide administration support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
You can look forward to
* Providing professional reception services, including answering phones, greeting visitors, managing deliveries and keeping the reception, break and meeting room areas clean and tidy
* Coordinating daily office operations such as mail distribution, courier services and management of legal documents and subpoenas
* Organising and maintaining meeting and breakout rooms and the kitchens, including scheduling, set-up, catering and cleaning proactively
* Overseeing office supplies and equipment, ensuring stationery, kitchen and maintenance needs are met efficiently
* Supporting administrative functions across departments (Finance, HR, Retail, Group business) and assist the Executive Assistant as required
* Monitoring and actioning email inboxes, managing visitor registrations and handling logistics for external meetings and catering arrangements
You come equipped with
* Intermediate level MS Office suite skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Secretarial, Administrative or Customer Service qualification or experience
* Related reception or administrative experience minimum 2 years in a corporate office environment
* Relationship management skills with the ability to liaise at Board and senior level
* Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
* Clear and effective communication both written and verbal
* Exceptional customer service skill and focus
* Analytical and problem‐solving skills with a track record of making continual improvements and using AI and technology solutions where possible to improve tasks and or the customer experience
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
