Family Lawyer.

The Role
You will manage a diverse family law practice with appropriate support and supervision, acting for clients across parenting, property and financial matters. The role offers genuine autonomy alongside access to senior practitioners who are actively involved in mentoring and professional development.
Responsibilities
* Providing clear, practical advice across a broad range of family law matters
* Drafting correspondence, court documents and affidavits
* Running matters from initial instructions through to resolution
* Appearing at court events, mediations and negotiations
* Working collaboratively with senior lawyers to progress complex matters
* Maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients and referrers
* Keeping up to date with legislative changes and evolving best practice
About You
* Admitted solicitor with
3+ years post-admission experience
in family law
* Sound knowledge of family law legislation and court processes
* Strong drafting, advocacy and communication skills
* Comfortable managing files with increasing autonomy
* Professional, empathetic and client-focused
* Values collaboration, integrity and continual improvement
