We're a tight-knit, fast-moving team based in Hobart — and we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist who loves combining creativity, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes.

The Role
This is a hands-on, office-based position where no two days look the same.
You'll manage marketing campaigns, nurture inbound leads, deliver engaging product demos, and support the sales team with larger partnership opportunities.

What You'll Do
Plan and execute digital and partner marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified leads
Own inbound leads in our CRM (HubSpot) — track engagement, follow up, and convert prospects into paying customers
Deliver clear, confident online product demos to prospective customers
Support the sales team with presentations, collateral development, and partnership activities
Maintain accurate sales and marketing data to support forecasting and reporting
Bring new ideas for campaigns, channels, content, and customer engagement
About You
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to nurture relationships and turn connections into long-term partnerships
Experienced with CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot experience desirable)
Confident presenting online and running product demos
Background in digital marketing, inside sales, or account coordination (SaaS or retail-tech experience is a bonus)
Minimum 5+ years' experience in marketing and/or sales
Proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently in a small, fast-moving team
Someone who enjoys owning outcomes and seeing their work directly impact growth
