What We Offer
Permanent rate: $38.65 p/h
Casual rate: $48.31 p/h
12% Super + Salary packaging up to $15,900

About the Role
You will:
Build safe, trusting relationships with children and young people
Be a positive role model and support life skills development
Encourage family connection and community participation
Support young people to have a voice in decisions
Work across a 24/7 roster, including sleepover shifts
Locations
Chermside | Alderley | Cannon Hill | Mt Gravatt | Inala | Forest Lake
Training and meetings held in Milton.
Cert IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or other relevant qualification (completed or actively enrolled – QLD standards apply)
Experience supporting trauma-based behaviours
Unrestricted (Open) Driver's Licence
Registered and insured vehicle
Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Willingness to obtain a Blue Card
