The Role:
A Technical Solutions Specialist specializes in delivering technical solutions and services to clients. You'll work on multiple projects with various client accounts.
About You:
You have extensive experience with D365 CE and are comfortable away from code. You're articulate when engaging with customers directly and project confidence in your technical abilities.
What We're Looking For:
* Extensive experience with D365 CE and previous Dynamics CRM versions
* Solid knowledge of Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing applications, including Field Service and Power Apps Portal experience
* Strong development experience with Microsoft technologies, including .NET C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, REST, Web API/Services, SSIS, and Azure technologies
* Working knowledge of data migration methods and advanced understanding of integration concepts
* Experience in typical delivery methodologies and strong communication skills
