Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Property Manager at Think Real Estate Mackay, based in Mackay, QLD, with the flexibility to work from home as well. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential properties. This includes managing tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and handling financial aspects such as rent collection and budgeting. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Qualifications
* Experience in Property Management, including tenant relationship management and handling maintenance issues.
* Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in real estate
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
* Real Estate certification or relevant qualifications are a plus
* Experience in the Mackay real estate market is advantageous
