We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations to support business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and backup systems.
- Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Document technical procedures, issue resolutions, and system updates.
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technologies and upgrades.
- Maintain IT inventory and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide user training and support on IT best practices.
Qualifications.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role.
- Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, VPNs, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: $240.00 – $280.00 per day
