At Resly, we're shaking up the accommodation industry with our powerful SaaS platform built for property managers. We're now looking for an
intermediate UX/UI Designer
who isn't afraid to own the design process end-to-end.

? What you'll do
Own and drive the UX/UI design process for Resly's platform - from discovery to final handover.
Design clean, scalable interfaces that balance usability and visual appeal.
Create and maintain a comprehensive UI kit / design system to keep our design language consistent.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to deliver real value.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Onboarding teams to bring ideas to life.
Confidently manage design projects independently, prioritising tasks and delivering on deadlines.
Balance user-centred design thinking with practical technical considerations.
? What we're looking for
Solid experience (ideally 3+ years) in UX/UI design, ideally in SaaS or startup environments.
B2B experience is ideal but not essential.
Proven ability to work independently and manage your own design pipeline.
Strong visual design skills and attention to detail - you can take wireframes to polished UI.
Experience creating and managing design systems or UI kits.
Confident in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Great communicator - you can explain design decisions clearly to non-design stakeholders.
Passion for solving user problems and making complex workflows feel simple.
