Little Sparkle Cleaning Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Manager to join our growing business on a part-time basis. This role suits a capable professional with proven leadership experience in cleaning operations and the ability to manage both people and administrative tasks.
About the Role
The Team Manager will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, liaising with clients, and ensuring service delivery aligns with company standards. This role also includes client-facing responsibilities and administrative support.
Typical hours:
* Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 4:30 pm
* Saturday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise, support, and coordinate cleaning staff
* Manage staff rosters and attendance
* Conduct client quoting and support new client onboarding
* Act as a primary point of contact for clients and staff
* Provide staff training, onboarding, and ongoing performance support
* Undertake clerical and administrative duties, including record keeping
* Utilise rostering and CRM systems to manage operations
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
* Support business operations with the flexibility to work from home as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* At least 3 years’ experience in cleaning management or cleaning operations
* Prior experience in cleaning operations (highly regarded)
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Experience with staff rostering and CRM systems
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* A professional, reliable, and client-focused approach
Licences and Certifications (Desirable / Beneficial):
* National Police Check (desirable)
* Blue Card – Working With Children Check Paid (desirable)
* First Aid Certificate (beneficial)
* Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport (essential)
Employment Details
* Employment Type: Part-time
* Hours: 36 hours per week
* Location: Mackay, Queensland
* Pay Rate: In accordance with the applicable Modern Award and the Fair Work Act 2009
* Entitlements: Annual and Sick/Carer Paid Leave provided on a pro-rata basis
