Talent Acquisition Partner Role
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing agency-wide recruitment strategies and initiatives, with a focus on identifying and attracting top talent.
This role requires the incumbent to provide timely advice to stakeholders on best practice recruitment strategies and undertake work under broad direction in the management and delivery of domestic and international recruitment campaigns and associated projects.
* Responsibilities include collaborating with various stakeholders to develop effective recruitment plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
* The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
* Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
Essential Requirements
* Demonstrated high level interviewing experience and an understanding of recruitment best practice.
* Experience in the development and implementation of recruitment and related strategies, policies, procedures and practices.
* Demonstrated knowledge in sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees.
* Experience in providing strategic advice, including through the demonstrated use of high level analytical and problem-solving skills.
* High level interpersonal skills, including proven ability to consult, liaise, influence, negotiate and develop a network of strategic alliances.
Desirable Characteristics
* Relevant tertiary qualification(s) in human resources, psychology, law or industrial relations.
* Experience in project management and project methodology.
