Our client, a large, well-established infrastructure and services organisation that delivers critical transport, utilities, and facilities management projects across Australia and New Zealand. The organisation is currently undertaking a major transformation project to modernise workforce systems and improve the employee experience. The Role As the Training Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring employees and leaders are confident using the new timesheet and pay system. You will design and deliver engaging training programs that support adoption across a large, operational workforce. Working closely with project stakeholders, HR, payroll, and change teams, you will translate system functionality into clear and practical learning experiences for end users. Key Responsibilities Design and develop training materials for the UKG Pro timesheet and pay system implementation Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions to employees, managers, and administrators Create user guides, quick reference materials, and digital learning resources Partner with the project team to align training with the broader change and communications strategy Conduct training needs analysis across different workforce groups Support pilot training sessions and refine content based on feedback Assist with rollout activities and provide post-go-live support where required Ensure training materials remain accurate as system updates occur About You Demonstrated experience as a Training Specialist, Learning Consultant, or Systems Trainer Experience supporting HRIS, payroll, or workforce management system implementations Strong capability in developing structured learning programs and training documentation Confident delivering training to diverse audiences across corporate and operational environments Experience working within large, complex organisations or transformation programs Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience with UKG Pro or similar workforce/payroll systems will be highly regarded Why This Role Join a large-scale enterprise transformation program Work on a system implementation impacting thousands of employees Opportunity to contribute to a project expected to run up to three years Hybrid working environment with collaborative project teams Be part of a program focused on improving employee experience and operational efficiency If you enjoy translating complex systems into practical, engaging learning experiences and want to be part of a major transformation initiative, we would love to hear from you.
