* Maintain and configure Cisco routers, switches, Catalyst Series Wireless Controllers, PBX systems, and IP Telephony solutions.
* Deliver reliable LAN/WLAN connectivity, voice, and video services, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Implement system upgrades, enhancements, and project implementations, contributing to organizational growth.
* Document technical configurations, network diagrams, and other essential information for future reference.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Support: Provide expert-level support for Networks and Unified Communications infrastructure.
* Configuration Management: Maintain accurate configurations for Cisco devices, PBX systems, and IP Telephony.
* Troubleshooting and Incident Management: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.
