Are you a skilled and confident hair professional looking for a new challenge in the outback?
We are seeking an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our team as a subcontractor. As a Senior Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing high-quality salon services to clients, including braiding, natural hair care, cuts, colouring, treatments, and styling for all hair types.
* Cert III or higher in Hairdressing or 3–5 years industry experience
* Skilled with all hair types including Afro-textured hair, protective styles & multicultural hair
* Skilled in braiding with extensions
* Strong ability to braid confidently (box braids, cornrows, knotless, twists, etc.)
In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and able to work independently. You should also have a strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse communities and mentor young people in basic hairdressing techniques.
