The Role
Position: Field Sales Coordinator
Location: Windsor, Brisbane QLD
Type: Casual ****** hrs/week)
Pay: Above Award Neg
What You'll Do
Support & train our Field Sales team
Coach on sales techniques, product knowledge & merchandising
Ensure in-store objectives are met (visibility, displays, promotions)
Build strong relationships with store managers & stakeholders
Monitor performance, provide feedback & drive improvement
Report on team results & recommend strategies
Stay ahead of retail trends & contribute fresh ideas
What We're Looking For
Proven field sales experience
Leadership or team training background (advantage)
Strong communication & coaching skills
Solid understanding of sales & merchandising (planogram experience essential)
Tech-savvy (smartphones, tablets, MS Office)
Independent, organized, and proactive
