Cititel Telephone Systems has a position vacant for the full time services of an Avaya IP Office Networking Technician in our new head office in North Sydney.
We specialize in the installation, maintenance and networking design of Avaya’s IP Office Telephony solutions.
Your background would be as a technician in a similar role with:
**_(this is a must, so if you have no experience with at least one of these products please don’t apply)_**:
- Proven data communications skills
In your new role you will be involved in:
- Solution design and technical integration of VoIP and Contact Centre server solutions
- Data network design with emphasis on QoS for VoIP
You must be highly motivated, have excellent documentation and customer skills and be able to work unsupervised in a fast paced setting.
Your salary package will be dependent on experience.
