Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador
As a Front Office All Rounder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests. This role requires excellent customer service skills, with the ability to create connections with people from all walks of life.
* Previous experience in hotel or front office environments is preferred, but not necessary if you possess outstanding customer service skills and personality.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on product knowledge, with the ability to deliver fast, efficient, and friendly check-in and check-out services. They will also be able to work across various areas, including Reception, Concierge, Executive Lounge, and Night Audit, engaging with guests throughout their stay.
We are looking for a team member who is energetic, enthusiastic, and able to learn new skills quickly. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, with a willingness to own up to mistakes and delight guests. They will also be required to hold a Full Driver's License and valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (QLD) certification.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional service to our guests, providing hotel and local knowledge, anecdotes, stories, and creating personal connections.
* Welcome guests on arrival, assist them during their stay, and ensure a smooth departure process.
* Show guests to their rooms, explain hotel amenities, assist with queries, remember preferences, and take on board feedback to anticipate guests' needs.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Previous experience using a Property Management System is highly regarded.
* Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent support to colleagues.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
