As a graduate mining engineer, you'll begin your journey in our operations team at Railton, Tasmania, gaining hands-on experience in the dynamic field of mineral extraction. You'll be part of a collaborative team, working on meaningful projects that drive safe, sustainable, and efficient mining practices. You'll gain experience in:
* Conducting geological surveys and data analysis to assess mine site feasibility.
* Supporting mine design and planning with a focus on safety and environmental responsibility.
* Identifying and managing operational risks on site.
* Contributing to improvement projects that boost performance and reliability.
* Taking part in capital works and shutdown projects, with opportunities to grow your leadership skills and even supervise small teams.
