, bringing your expertise in both
laminated
and
non-laminated
dough pastries to our clients new premium bakery which will open early 2026.
About the Role:
This is a rare opportunity for a talented pastry chef who specialises in
traditional French pastries
and has a true flair for both
technique and creativity
. You will be responsible for producing a range of high-quality viennoiserie and patisserie items from scratch, with a focus on consistency, quality, and innovation.
Your Key Skills Should Include:
* Laminated Dough Mastery
: Croissants, pain au chocolat, Danish pastries, and more.
* Non-Laminated Specialties
: Brioche, gibassier, pandoro.
* Classic French Desserts
: French Vanilla Slice (Mille-feuille), Basque Cheesecake, Fruit Tarts, and seasonal specialties.
* Strong attention to detail in shaping, proofing, and baking.
* Ability to maintain production standards in a fast-paced environment.
* Creativity and passion for evolving the menu with seasonal and local ingredients.
