Remuneration:
Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2: $58.83 - $60.76 per hour
Physiotherapist Level 4: $63.81 - $65.36 per hour
Hours Per Week: 16

What you'll be doing
The Menopause Service Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation, coordination and delivery of the Menopause Service in Southern NSW Local Health District (SNSWLHD). The Coordinator will work closely with the Agency for Clinical Innovation Menopause Team to establish the service. The Coordinator will provide direct clinical outpatient care including assessment, clinical advice, care planning and referral to menopause hub sites and local services.

Selection Criteria

* Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification for registration or eligibility for registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia, or Registered Nurse/Midwife who has at least 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent experience in the specialty field and approved postgraduate nursing/midwifery qualification(s) relevant to the field, with current professional registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* Demonstrated advanced relevant clinical knowledge, skill and significant clinical experience in the provision of women's health and/or menopause care, with an understanding of some of the severe or complex multisystem menopause related presentations and treatments.
* Extensive experience and demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional and therapeutic relationships, through the application of written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
* Proven ability to lead, initiate innovative problem solving and work collaboratively with colleagues and other health agencies to enhance service delivery.
* Demonstrated high level organisational, prioritisation and time management skills in an environment of competing clinical/administrative demands.
* Demonstrated well-developed time management skills, written and verbal communication, and computing skills, including an ability or willingness to use telehealth as a mode of delivery of clinical care.
* Evidence of current unrestricted drivers' licence and ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
