What you will deliver

* Lead day-to-day project management to deliver milestones on time, within scope and aligned with budgets.
* Coordinate ethics, governance and contractual documentation, ensuring compliance with University and partner requirements.
* Build and sustain respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and other key stakeholders.
* Plan and deliver workshops, forums and community panels, including logistics, facilitation support and follow-up reporting.
* Monitor risks, issues and data governance practices, providing clear reports and advice to project leaders and funders.

You may be a great fit if you

* Hold a relevant degree and substantial experience managing complex projects in research or higher education settings.
* Demonstrate advanced knowledge of research infrastructure, including data management, governance processes and impact tracking.
* Manage multiple priorities with strong planning, organisational and analytical skills in dynamic, multi-partner environments.
* Bring experience working respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities or Indigenous-led organisations.
* Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, producing high-quality briefs, reports, presentations and stakeholder correspondence.
* Collaborate effectively with distributed teams, exercising sound judgment, initiative and tact when resolving project challenges.
