Key Job Role
The Trade Store Leader will be responsible for managing the staff and daily operations of our Gold Coast trade hub.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise trade sales assistants to ensure daily objectives are achieved.
* Provide pricing, stock availability, logistic arrangements, and delivery information to customers.
* Maintain a stocked and tidy store, schedule distribution, and process customer orders.
* Achieve allocated sales objectives, assist with new product releases, and promotions.
* Ensure inventory is accurate, manage stock control, and undertake regular stock takes.
* Provide support and training to trade sales assistants with tinting and mixing products.
About You
You must have 2-3 years' experience in a similar position and industry, including knowledge of render, texture, and paint products. Experience with inventory management, point of sale systems, and financial functions is also essential.
Excellent communication skills, time management, and customer service skills are required. A current driver's license and forklift license are necessary for this role.
