We're on the lookout for a motivated team member to join our
Kyabram Workshop
full-time
. Whether you're a
qualified Signwriter, a 3rd Year Apprentice, or a practical labourer with trade skills ready to learn
, this role is hands-on, varied, and full of opportunity.
Some days you'll be assembling signage, using the plotter, router, or letter bender in the workshop. Other days you'll be on-site helping with installs, surveys, and removals. You may also travel or work a night shift when the project calls for it. No two days are the same, and that's just how we like it.
What You'll Be Doing
* Creating and installing signage for a broad range of clients, including vinyl, channel letters, illuminated signs, vehicles and retail signage (to name a few)
* Loading and transporting signage, tools, and materials to site
* Preparing sites for installation, including removal of existing signage
* Performing maintenance and repairs to signs as needed
* Operating tools and equipment safely and effectively
* Assisting with site surveys
* Adhering to all safety requirements
* Working collaboratively in a team
What We're Looking For
* Experience in the signage industry or a trade background (preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* White Card & Driver's Licence
* Physically fit and able to lift, climb, and work at heights
* Willingness to work overtime as needed
* Experience (or willingness to learn) using a boom or scissor lift
* Excellent attention to detail
* Reliable, motivated, and ready to roll your sleeves up
