It's HammondCare.## # **About the role**The Director of Nursing and Operations – North is responsible for leading integrated clinical and operational services across HammondCare's Northern Sydney portfolio. This includes inpatient and community palliative care, Older Persons Mental Health services, and working collaboratively with associated enabling services.The role exists to shape a high‐performing, person‐centred and financially sustainable service system, ensuring care is safe, effective and aligned with HammondCare's Mission.
