This is a key leadership role where you will help drive performance, support executive decision-making, and contribute to the hospital's ongoing success.
In this role, you will lead a team of experienced Executive Assistants who excel in managing high workloads and thrive under pressure.

What Youll Be Doing Provide high-level operational and strategic support to the General Manager's Unit at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital by coordinating and leading initiatives that enable the facility to achieve its performance targets, as outlined in the SWSLHD Strategic and Operational Plans, Board priorities, and the annual Service Agreement with the NSW Ministry of Health.
