Resourcing Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join the Woodman Point HR and Recruitment Team in Perth In this role, you will be the focal point providing administrative support to both the in-house Resourcing and HR functions across the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Clough, as part of an alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the Woodman Point Water Treatment Facility Upgrade, a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth community, reducing waste and emissions.

Responsibilities

* Administration of project/recruitment specific documents and site entry requirements
* Scheduling interviews, medicals and related assessments
* Conducting phone screening and reference checks
* Maintenance of recruitment and HR records through Success Factors, and other related systems.
* Ensuring all documentation is completed, collected and electronically filed
* Assisting with compliance reporting including licence/tickets, emergency contact, insurance, visas etc
* Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, supervisors and clients


Qualifications

* Previous Recruitment Administration experience within a fast paced project environment
* Highly motivated and process driven with an understanding of recruitment processes and procedures
* Strong eye for detail coupled with excellent time management skills
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Office Suite
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously
* Ability to understand the needs of the team in order to meet deadlines
