About the role
As a Bookkeeper at AMD, you'll work with a diverse range of clients, delivering accurate and efficient bookkeeping services. You'll handle payroll, reconciliations, BAS preparation and financial reporting, while building strong client connections. The role offers a balance of independent work and team support, giving you the opportunity to grow your skills in a professional and friendly environment.
Key responsibilities
* Record financial transactions, complete reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements for Client accounts
* Support the payroll function of Client businesses, including processing of payroll
* Prepare BAS workpapers for review and lodgement
* Manage accounts payable and receivable
* Build and maintain positive client relationships
What you'll bring
* Cert IV in Accounting/Bookkeeping (or working towards)
* Strong bookkeeping knowledge and software skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Accuracy, attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Driver's licence and ability to travel to client sites
* ICB accreditation or working towards is advantageous
