We're looking for a reliable and service-oriented
IT Support Technician
to provide technical assistance and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues, helping employees stay productive in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, and business applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely and professional manner.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic security settings.
Document issues, solutions, and IT procedures to maintain an organized knowledge base.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical problems.
Monitor IT systems and proactively identify potential issues or improvements.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes by setting up and managing IT equipment and access.
Requirements
Solid understanding of computer systems, operating systems, and common software applications.
Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Basic knowledge of networking, security principles, or cloud tools is a plus.
