Your Responsibilities
* Onboard and manage key customers while driving service and DIFOT performance across the network
* Lead, mentor and grow a transport team that can scale with increasing volumes
* Shape operational strategy and introduce tech-driven initiatives to improve efficiency and service
* Work closely with customers to influence outcomes and ensure operational excellence
* Step into a scaling business, not a BAU operation, with a real opportunity to make a long‐term impact

Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience in transport, logistics, or 3PL leadership roles
* Strong people leadership skills with a track record of building high‐performing teams
* Commercially minded, with experience driving operational performance and service outcomes
* Comfortable using technology and AI to optimise transport operations
* Experience managing enterprise‐level accounts is highly desirable
