Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and organised professional to manage day-to-day administrative and financial functions. This includes accounts payable and receivable, job scheduling, and coordination with team members.

2. Coordinate with team members to schedule jobs and ensure smooth operation
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience with Xero accounting software, prior experience in administration or scheduling, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
