The Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Branch Manager to lead our Western Australian branch based in Jandakot. This is a leadership opportunity with full accountability for people, performance, safety and profitability.

About You
* Proven experience leading a branch, distribution, warehouse or operational team
* Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience
* Experience within building products, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing or trade distribution environments
* Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop teams
* Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
* Safety-focused with a strong understanding of WHS requirements
* Practical, decisive and outcomes-driven leadership style
Key Responsibilities
* Drive branch sales growth, profitability and operational performance
* Lead and develop office and warehouse teams
* Manage customer relationships and service delivery
* Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management and stock control
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
* Implement process improvements and operational efficiencies
* Manage branch budgets, costs and financial performance
