Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise-scale business integration projects such as M&A, Finance, etc.
* Strong experience in Agile environments
* Experience across various projects with major businesses, preferably in Financial Services
* Focus on Business Readiness & Reporting
* Exceptional communication skills in English
* Strong Stakeholder Management and influencing skills
* Formal BA qualification (e.g., IIBA CCA, CBAP, AAC)
* Knowledge of methodologies like BABOK, Scrum, BPMN
* Proactive with a drive to exceed expectations
* Flexible and adaptable attitude
