Job Role: Sales Professional
Description
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in a Account Manager position. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with our distributor network, training and building their knowledge, ensuring they have the support needed to sell our products.
The role involves reviewing customer needs, ensuring our products meet those needs, and building and maintaining relationships with distributors and customers. You will also assist with customer queries, provide quotes and follow up on outstanding orders, and coordinate customer equipment trials and demonstrations.

Your Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with our distributor network
* Provide training and support to ensure our products are sold effectively
* Review customer needs and ensure our products meet those needs
* Build and maintain relationships with customers
* Assist with customer queries and provide quotes
* Coordinate customer equipment trials and demonstrations

Requirements
* B2B sales experience and knowledge
* Key account/channel management experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to travel (up to 50% away from home)
* Fantastic time and calendar management
Preferred Qualifications
* Background in fields such as Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Rehabilitation Engineering
* Knowledge of systems such as JD Edwards/SAP, Jira or similar
