This opportunity is ideally suited to a commercially astute relationship builder with strong existing connections across the medical, healthcare, veterinary, and allied services sectors. Operating nationally across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria, the business partners closely with end users to guide projects from early feasibility through to delivery, with a strong reputation for navigating complex stakeholder and regulatory environments.
The Role
This is a senior, relationship-led role focused on originating and shaping opportunities through trusted industry connections rather than transactional sales or technical delivery execution. The successful candidate will leverage established networks within the medical industry to identify opportunities early, influence decision-making, and build long-term partnerships with high-value clients.
You will work closely with end users, medical operators, practice owners, consultants, and referral partners to support their growth plans and translate requirements into commercially viable projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Originate and develop opportunities through established relationships within the medical, healthcare, veterinary, and allied services sectors
* Build and maintain senior-level relationships with practice owners, operators, consultants, and referral partners
* Engage clients early to understand strategic objectives, growth plans, and site feasibility requirements
* Expand and manage a sustainable pipeline of qualified opportunities aligned to long-term growth objectives
* Represent the business across industry forums, professional networks, and sector-specific events
* Provide market insights and sector intelligence to inform commercial strategy and positioning
* Maintain disciplined opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting within CRM systems
* Collaborate internally to ensure client expectations are managed from initial engagement through to delivery
The Candidate
* Demonstrated success in business development or relationship-led sales roles
* Well-established and active networks within the medical, healthcare, veterinary, or specialist services sectors
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage credibly in discussions around feasibility, approvals, and project viability
* Proven capability in building trust and influencing senior decision makers over long sales cycles
* Disciplined approach to pipeline development and opportunity management
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable operating autonomously
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with internal advisory, design, and delivery teams
