TEC Services is a leading construction company working across the Pilbara region in WA. We are seeking a motivated and reliable 3rd or 4th Year HVAC Apprentice to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is progressing well through their apprenticeship, enjoys hands‐on technical work, and is ready to take the next step in their HVAC career.
About the Role
As an experienced Apprentice, you will work alongside qualified technicians on a wide range of heating, ventilation, and air‐conditioning systems across residential and commercial sites in the Port Hedland region in WA. You''ll continue building your technical capability while contributing to real‐world installations, maintenance, and fault‐finding tasks. FIFO will be considered for the right candidate. Roster is 21:7.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with installation, servicing, and repairs of HVAC systems
* Perform routine maintenance and diagnostic checks
* Support senior technicians on complex jobs
* Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe work environment
* Complete apprenticeship training requirements and TAFE modules
* Communicate professionally with clients and team members
What We're Looking For
* Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th Year HVAC Apprentice
* Must have Australian work rights
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‐solving skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Current driver''s licence
* White Card (Construction Induction)
* Good communication and customer service skills
