About Swatch Group
Swatch Group is an international group active in the design, manufacture and sale of finished watches, jewellery, watch movements and components. Swatch Group supplies nearly all components required by its 16 watch brands, and its companies supply movements and components to third‐party watchmakers in Switzerland and around the world.
Role
Multiple opportunities in Sydney available across the following brands and locations:
* Tissot – Westfield
* Swatch – Pitt St
* Swatch – Bondi
Key Responsibilities
* Support the team in achieving sales targets
* Handle transactions for all types of sales according to company policy
* Ensure the store is always presentable, clean and tidy
* Ensure products are displayed in accordance with company guidelines
* Assist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management
* Keep up to date with current products, promotions and participate in regular training
* Always ensure the highest level of customer service
Skills and Experience
* Experience working within retail sales
* Highly developed and proven customer service skills
* Organised and time effective
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Full time availability including weekends
* Full availability across peak season including weekends and public holidays
* Passion for watches or previous watch experience highly desirable but not essential
