6 Month Non-ongoing Contract
$89000 - 96000 Per Annum

Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
2. Identify and escalate issues where necessary.
3. Assist in the implementation and upholding of policy and procedures relating to property functions.
4. Identify and support the implementation of improvements to policies, processes, and systems.
5. Deliver property services in accordance with established procedures.
6. Respond to tickets in the Property Service Desk queue in line with established procedures.
7. Escalate tickets when unsure of the resolution.
8. Ensure tickets are responded to within relevant time frames for the type of request, escalating to a manager if blockages occur.
9. Coordinate contractors and supervise on-site, or coordinate with remote sites to manage contractor service delivery.
10. Coordinate the collection of information from site contacts as required under procedures.
11. Perform maintenance tasks, equipment relocations, cleaning, and other duties as required.
12. Undertake low-value (<$400K) / low-risk property-related procurement activities and manage contracts with service providers.
Specific Conditions
* Some interstate travel may be required, including overnight absences.
Experience
* Understanding of the Commonwealth Property Framework.
