As an AO3 Assistant Finance Officer, you will support the Housing Services Programs. The purpose of the role is to provide high quality, customer focused services in an environment where customer relationships are an integral component to successful service delivery outcomes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Provide support to Housing Service Programs with processing of daily Tenancy, Bond Loan and Home Loan refunds and responding to emails for decision / action.
Perform financial activities such as preparing journals, accruals, reconciliations, monitoring and the clearing of suspense accounts and correction of any variances.
Provide financial support and data entry for Tenancy, Bond Loan and Home Loan clients in Reside, Bondscape and Loanscape including debt reviews, transfer of credits and other financial adjustments where required.
Provide document management support including filing and retrieving of documents, reports and other records as required.
Compile Balance sheet reconciliations specific to the General Ledger accounts.
