Overview of the role
As Senior Business Analyst in our Digital Customer Tribe, you will support the delivery of the digital servicing program across Suncorp’s Insurance brands. The role involves working across multiple digital assets, applications, platforms, and brands.
You will join our Analysis Chapter, supporting medium to large-scale programs across the Suncorp Group. The Chapter has approximately 200 analysts and promotes idea sharing through community events, masterclasses, and knowledge sharing activities. Projects are delivered using Agile methodologies.

What you’ll do:
* Collaborate with stakeholders including Enterprise Delivery Analysis, project managers, business/product owners, and technical teams.
* Utilize systems, tools, and processes to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and produce designs aligned with project outcomes.
* Follow Suncorp’s Ways of Working (WoW) to elaborate requirements, create acceptance criteria, and estimate effort.
* Understand Suncorp’s business context, including strategy and key systems.
* Address business and technical problems through a methodical approach.
* Support testing, change management, training, and deployment.
* Document current and future processes (as-is/to-be).
* Manage risks, issues, and change requests.
* Promote a culture of delivery excellence, transparency, and teamwork.
What you’ll bring:
* Essential: At least 4 years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst in digital projects, especially involving mobile assets.
* Essential: Strong understanding of system integration via APIs, including mobile UI considerations.
* Experience with customer journey mapping, working with UX designers and developers.
* Proficiency in creating user stories, defining processes, and managing risks/issues.
* Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
* Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence.
* Ability to build effective business relationships.
* Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
* Enthusiasm for contributing to a strong analysis community and culture.
