About the Role This role is ideal for a Senior Accountant who wants to transition into management. You'll work closely with a portfolio of clients, provide strategic financial guidance, and begin leading and mentoring a team. Key Responsibilities Client Relationships: Be the primary point of contact, building strong, trusted relationships with clients. Financial & Tax Advisory: Help clients make informed decisions by providing strategic insights and support. Service Oversight: Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of financial statements, tax compliance, and advisory services. Team Development: Mentor and support junior team members as you grow into a leadership role. Business Growth: Identify opportunities to enhance client services and contribute to the firms success. Professional Growth: Stay up to date with industry changes and develop your leadership capabilities. About You Ready to step into a leadership role and keen to mentor others. 5 years of Australian Public Practice experience. Proficient in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office. A problem-solver who enjoys working closely with clients. A strong communicator who can engage with staff and clients. Proactive in understanding clients' needs and industries.
