The Role
In this position, you will:
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients through regular account reviews, forecasting, and order management.
 * Develop and oversee customer channel strategies, ensuring effective operational and service support to achieve sales objectives.
 * Identify, track, and manage customer project opportunities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records.
 * Work cross-functionally to support product deployment in commercial and industrial projects, ensuring smooth execution.
 * Lead account planning processes to meet revenue and market share targets, while monitoring financial performance and overdue accounts.
 * Support marketing initiatives and events to enhance client engagement and brand presence.
 * Assess customer needs and market trends, tailoring product solutions and sales approaches accordingly.
 * Monitor industry developments and competitor activity to inform market positioning and identify opportunities.
 * Deliver on assigned sales targets and manage day-to-day sales operations with a proactive, results-driven approach.
 * Handle additional tasks and projects as required by management.
About You
 * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline.
 * 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in renewable energy, technology, or a similar sector, ideally via indirect channels such as distributors or dealers.
 * Demonstrated success in portfolio and account management with a strong record of achieving sales goals.
 * Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
 * Strategic thinker with excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
 * Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced and complex environments.
 * Strong analytical ability for market analysis, territory planning, and managing the full customer lifecycle.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
