Job Title:
"Project Coordinator"
* Maintain and coordinate project schedules, monitor material deliveries, and track budgets to ensure timely completion.
* Coordinate with project owners on design changes and plan revisions.
* Analyze project requirements, adjust the scope of work, and review specifications to guarantee project success.
* Update project schedules based on input from field operations and contract specifications.
* Compile subcontractors' bids and distribute contract documents at the project site.
* Collaborate with project management to enforce safety policies.
* Process and track all submittals and RFIs.
* Create and maintain project CPM schedules with logic input from project management and field operations.
* Assist project operations with two-week look ahead schedules.
Responsibilities Include:
* Coordinating project schedules and design changes.
* Driving and coordinating project processes with the project team.
* Reviewing project requirements and making adjustments to the scope of work.
* Tracking contract pay items and updating project schedules accordingly.
* Compiling subcontractors' bids and estimates.
* Overseeing safety policies and ensuring compliance.
* Assisting the project manager with project setup and closeout.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field required.
* Strong computer skills, including familiarity with construction project management applications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creative problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work in a team-oriented office and field environment.
