Offer description

An opportunity for an experienced support professional to join a large local council for a long-term contract.
Responsibilities
Reimaging and deployment of laptops and associated peripherals and software
Onsite and offsite Support
Key skills and experience
Certificate IV in Information Technology or a related field
Solid experience in an Information Technology support role
Experience providing end user support for enterprise technologies including networking, applications and infrastructure
Experience supporting Windows 10 end user environments, audio visual equipment and meeting resources
Class C driver's licence.
Experience with a multi-site enterprise networking environment including switches, routers and wireless technologies
ITIL v3 or V4 Foundation certification
Sound knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, Office 365 and Technology One.
Availability to work flexible working hours
