Full Time Carpenter Position
Outlook UPVC Australia is a family owned and dedicated to improving the way Australians build and renovate their properties.
We are seeking an experienced carpenter to join our team. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 7:30am until 4:00pm plus overtime as required.
The role will involve:
* Knowledge in Glass Replacement or willing to learn
* Encompassing the precise installation, repair, and adjustment of German UPVC windows and door systems.
* Working to schedules/deadlines with limited supervision
* Producing quality products in line with our standards and values
* Adhere to PPE requirements and workplace safety standards
* Customization of finishes with materials such as timber, PVC, and architraves
* Work independently, demonstrating strong self-motivation and problem-solving abilities
* Exhibit exceptional communication skills when liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
* Provide leadership to a small team, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and to the highest standard.
CRITERIA
* Trade certificate preferred but not required
* 2 years experience preferred but not required
* White Card Safety induction
* Drivers License/International License
* Silica Certification
* Need to have a will to learn and a can do attitude
