Your Role as a Rear Loader Driver
As a Rear Loader Driver, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient collection of domestic waste and recycling. This role includes standard waste collection routes as well as River Service waste pick‐ups, helping keep our waterways and surrounding environments clean.
You'll work as part of a small team, operating waste collection vehicles and vessels, loading bins, conducting daily safety checks, and ensuring services are delivered safely and efficiently.
This is a hands‐on, active role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors in varied environments and takes pride in supporting the community.
Who We're Looking For
Are you a team player with a passion for community service? Here's what we need from you:
* Current HR Class Driver's Licence and boat licence
* Experience with marine or river operations (desirable)
* Good communication skills and a positive, team‐focused attitude
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Basic mechanical knowledge to complete vehicle and vessel safety inspections

* Package: From $66,750 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
* Hours of work: Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week with a 9 day fortnight
